Our Approach to Caring...

Many older adults have acute & chronic illnesses. Our approach to our residents' clinical care is designed to identify & accommodate these needs. An initial evaluation begins prior to and upon admission that identifies health issues or risks & allows for the best care plan possible based on the resident's individual needs. This plan may also include rehabilitation or therapy services as needed. Each of our facilities has licensed & certified staff available 24-hours a day to help with all aspects of resident care, including:

The well trained employees work closely with physicians to fulfill the specific needs of each resident. Clinical support staff includes:

This type of support helps to ensure that residents can remain in their community while accessing the care they need to live comfortably, securely, and with dignity. Combined with the activities program providing socialization, games, outings, crafts, and fun the residents remain engaged and active while receiving the extra care they need.
